I like that it provides a very comprehensive view of patient health records. It's easy to use, and there are many options available. The customer service could also be better. I think they need to improve their communication when something goes wrong. My practice has been using it since we implemented in 2016. We've seen no issues since then. We have realized benefits such as improved organization of patient information, and reduced time spent searching through paper charts. I love that we are able to access our patient information from anywhere! It's very easy to use as well. Sometimes it takes a little bit longer than you would like to get info but other than that not much. We have been using Rxnt for about 2 years now and have had no problems at all. I can't say anything bad about this program. It has helped us take care of our patients in many ways.
