This cruise control is brand new or at least looks like a brand new OEM part. I watched the video on You Tube before I ordered the unit so I could see how easy it would be to install.If you buy and install one of these remember to disconnect the battery as you don't remove the airbag at the steering wheel you pull out the old unit was on the part Broke where the screw attaches to the steering column so I had to hold it forward before pushing it in to adjust the cruise or other side functions.It worked but had this issue and also the button labeling changed afterwards worn out 23 years in use The new unit comes with all the wiring harnesses and screws however it was very basic just the originals already in place to use oil screws and cables. less time. than 30 minutes to remove the airbag and old unit and replace everything. The new block works perfectly. fits perfectly. and perfect! Delivery was quick and efficient. Overall rating 10 out of 5. Thank you for a great batch and great deal! David - Lake Shasta, California.
