Review on Nikon D3100 DSLR Camera with Auto Focus-S Nikkor Zoom Lens (Discontinued by Manufacturer) by Asahi Sato ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

I chose for a long time. Since the camera is needed for simple family photos, I originally planned an advanced compact. But indoors (where I most often shoot), the result of the soap dish was not very pleasing. They advised me to try something from simple DSLRs. There was an opportunity to test a couple of cameras at home (canon 1000d, sony a290 and nikon). I immediately fell in love with Nikon. So far, I have not regretted the purchase even once (about a month from the date of purchase). For me - an amateur - perfect! Score 5!

Pros
  • Fits comfortably in the hand, lightweight (for a DSLR). There is no time yet to really figure it out, I click in auto modes, while the quality of photos and videos suits me very well. The charge holds for a long time.
Cons
  • Lens cap without a cord, I'm always afraid to lose it. And the belt rubs the neck a little. For a camera, this is not a drawback, but this is a reason to find fault :) The price - in our city is much higher than in the internet. It was possible to order, but you never know - you don’t really want to go looking for a service center in Hong Kong.
