Unfortunately we waited too long to open the bag and missed the return date. When I opened the package the strap on the bag was not connected at one end and it looked like it had been sent back before. I bought 3 or 4 of these bags and this is the only one I've had problems with. All the others are still good and I use them every day. I want sellers to stop returning items to regular customers. This is not the way to get a business refund.
