I'm SO glad I found this.
I use a lot of black embroidery floss – lately I've been using it to hand-stitch old t-shirts into squares. 20 year old shirt I loved. Design made popular again. Then I started taking others and using these black edging lines to make quilt squares to make a quilt out of these shirts I don't really know but they are valuable. and then wrap it around these little plastic squares, which you should use if you don't want your thread to get tangled. THAT solved so many problems. It seems to be the same DMC quality.
