In all cases we are talking about a bearing that allows the wheel to rotate, change direction; not the bearing on which the wheel turns. On the plus side - the "frame" seemed strong enough to handle the rated load, the material used for the wheels (some plastic) seemed strong enough. On the negative side, the bearings that allow the wheel to spin and change direction are terrible. I used four 3 wheel carts to move my miter saw and its stand from garage storage to the concrete block, all on concrete. These carts were never wet and never left outside. The combined weight of the 4 carts supported was less than 100 pounds. In just 4 or 5 days a wheel froze and wouldn't spin, wouldn't change direction. When checking the remaining 11 wheels, 5 of them turned heavily or the bearing was clearly defective. I would definitely not recommend this product to anyone for any use.
