For the price this is just a great headband. It seems to be a good strap (although I've only used it a couple of times). What I love most about it is that it really fits in my little hand! I've had so many problems in the past with bracelets where the band was too big that I had to twist to wear it. This one fits perfectly. If you have a big hand they will send you an extra band to hook into to add a few extra inches. I can't comment on how well this works as I don't need it, but I'm very thankful for it. Cons: I personally don't like the non-slip material on the back. It's not the most comfortable and it's a bit difficult for me to adjust the strap once it's on my arm. The small dots on the fabric also leave marks on my arm just by cutting into my skin. But they go pretty fast. On the plus side, it doesn't slip when running, so it serves its purpose at least in that regard. What I also don't like is that the key holder is on the left side, which is inconvenient if, like me, you wear a bandage on your left arm. There's nothing wrong with that - it just makes it harder to verify that my key still exists at runtime. But it looks like a pretty secure bag.
