Update 1 year later: I have to address some of the bad things I felt about this pillow. Lies like new after every wash. Even though it's not the advertised size, it's comfortable and easy to shape the way you want it. Be careful, it's very difficult! Turning around at night is not an easy task. Knowing what I know after a year of use, I'm not sure I would buy it. It will not be replaced with another if the size is not guaranteed. False advertising! I bought because I am disabled and need a 58-60 inch long body pillow. The description of this pillow states both. The pillow is actually only 51 inches long. It's 3 inches shorter than the $13 Walmart pillow for 54 inches. Sorry, I relied on the description in some reviews. Trust the length ratings!
