This is not a wire extension allowing a direct connection from an existing bumper socket to a trailer

This is an additional under vehicle wiring harness. It will not plug into the factory installed 7 pin socket visible from the outside of the rear bumper of my 2019 Arcadia. A 7-pin trailer connector is installed on the bumper. This "T with optional 4-pin connector" connector adapter can then be plugged into the vehicle wiring harness as a more convenient addition to the vehicle wiring harness.
