Best Contact Management Tool That Integrates With SF

I love how it integrates with Salesforce, which makes it even better! At this point the only thing I don't like about Luminjo (aside from some minor UI quirks), is how slow it can be at times. This isn't a deal breaker for me, but if you have a large contact base or a high volume of contacts, it could be an issue. If I had to pick one area where Luminjo could improve - it would probably be in the reporting side. Right now we are able to pull reports directly out of the system, but it would be nice to get more flexibility. The ability to track all our calls & emails is very helpful. We've been using Luminjo since mid-2018, and I can tell you that it's changed the way we do business. It has made contacting customers easier than ever before.
