The wiper blade is fine and fits, but the instruction manual is useless

This wiper blade fits my car perfectly. However, the instruction manual, although it has many photos and colored frames, does not suit the janitor. If I ignore all the broken sentences that aren't even in English, the photos in the section that applies to all wiper blades don't help either. The assembly is different than shown. The instructions show how to remove the entire wiper arm at the bolt but why would I do that when I'm just replacing the wiper blade and there is no new arm to install. It would be easy to show that all you have to do is pull the old wiper blade out of the center and snap the new one back into place. Funniest: WARNING! Don't touch the rear wiper switch while driving." But then how do you turn on the wiper so it works while driving?
