Must have for the new 2019/2020 GMC Sierra with TCM. Absolute plug n play!
Tried different adapters for 7 wire trailer harness. Seems newer GMCs with trailer control module and tow pack don't even recognize the LED strip, not enough traction. With the taillights hooked up directly and bypassing the trailer wiring entirely, my lightbar works great! Without delay. The trailer does not warn. all BSD and LA features still work. It even connects a direct connection for the rear light! I used this and installed my Putco RED Blade in about 30 minutes. Seamless and absolute plug-n-play. Thanks Putko!
