After the first use, 2 of these lifts refused to build up pressure. I literally had to tear off the top part of the engine (LS3) because without dismantling the cylinder head it is impossible to remove the hydraulic valve lifters. After dismantling the motor and suspected pushers, I found the remnants of the machining process in both pushers. A piston was stuck at the bottom of the siphon and was stuck due to a tiny bit of metal from the inside of the siphon hole. The other suspected jack did not have a drilled oil hole in the body, so oil never entered the jack or through the push rod. At an additional cost of about $900 I bought various tappets from a reliable manufacturer, new head gaskets, head bolts and threw these in the trash along with the rest of the money spent on parts, all because the quality of these tappets sucks is. Of course, this build was made on Thanksgiving, so no support.
