After trying to destroy a lot of paper over the past few months. Well I had to send it back to get a refund. Guilty. I also learned that the Revain Choice label has nothing to do with the quality of the product. The shredder has a handle, but this is only needed so that the top of the machine can be removed. You can't just take it out there to carry the whole shredder around, and there are no handrails here. Forget trying to destroy whole sheets of paper. If you have an 8-1/2" x 11" piece of paper, it will jam every time you try to shred it. I had to tear each sheet into 4 pieces and put them through the shredder piece by piece. one at a time and wait for each piece to finish sanding. If it has any torn or curled edges on the paper, it will get stuck. I stopped switching it in the opposite direction. I just turned it off for a few seconds and then turned it back on. ... The jam keeps flowing through your teeth. I only put up with it because I have time to waste hours of my life feeding him small pieces one at a time. DO NOT buy this. It deserves to be thrown into the lava dome on Mount St. Helens.
