very cheap compared to other monitors of this size. instantly connected to my HP Pavilion and shared the screen. Had to right click on the laptop's "display settings" so I could extend it as a second monitor, not only mirrored what was on the original but no control issues. the screen is clean, the packaging is new. no problem with the delivery. Delivered exactly on the specified day. Do not need any tools to assemble - very easy 4 steps. Click Turn on Plug and Play. Played several videos on YouTube with sound. The picture is good but the sound is weak. Be sure to get external or Bluetooth speakers. It's not a touchscreen, nor is it a flexible screen. I love that I can tilt the height up/down, left/right and forward/backward. The controls are located in the lower right corner on the back of the screen and will appear on screen when activated. It came with an audio and monitor connector and a power cord. no HDMI. I have a new laptop that doesn't connect to an old school monitor, but I had an HDMI cable that I used. NO HDMI cable with box, should it be included? Not negative, just a suggestion.
