This chair definitely takes some getting used to. At first my butt hurt from using it. I got used to it later. The downside is that I had to lift the keyboard up as the chair doesn't descend as low as my previous traditional chair. That aside, I really like the position it puts me in when using the computer and would recommend it to others. It really helped me stop hanging out! UPDATE TWO MONTHS: I no longer have pain in this chair as my muscles are stronger as they are not used to the stretch this chair causes. I love this chair now more than the traditional chair.
