The most helpful thing about this software is that it tracks all of your employees' information in one place! It's also very easy to use; you don't need any special training or experience before using it (which I appreciate!). Sometimes there are glitches with data entry where certain fields will not update when adding an employee - but these can be fixed quickly by contacting customer service if needed. We've been able to keep track of our staff members much more efficiently than we used previously without having multiple spreadsheets/etc., which has saved us time AND money as well since payroll processing costs have dropped significantly! The ease of use is great! It's intuitive, easy to customize, and very helpful in managing our time card tracking. I have not found anything that has disappointed me thus far when using this software. If you are looking for an all-inclusive solution that can be used across your organization, then this would fit well with any budget. We've been able to keep track of employee verifications quickly and efficiently.
