This is a replacement mop head. Any threaded rod will do. It's lightweight even when wet. It does its job without any unnecessary burden on the user. I bought four because I didn't want to go out. I have been using this product for over ten years. The only downside is that bleach tends to weaken and wear down refills over time. I avoid using bleach and find that products like pine sol work just as well and don't damage the refill. They stopped selling refills in stores but I'm glad to find them online.
