We have plastered ceilings and 3 micro cracks. I hired a professional painter/contractor to fix and then repaint the LR and DR as it would be noticeable if the stripes were just painted over. Streaks appeared first, so I had to cover the tape. Then they painted it. After 3 days the tape was bubbling up all over the strip in all 3 places and looked worse than before. The contractor sinks back and rips off the tape and redoes the ceiling. More costs and more chaos. Do not buy this material. That does not work.
