I was on the roof to replace the fan covers and install fans in my RV. We have about 4 nights of dry camping ahead of us and I wanted to give us as much airflow as possible. About other parts anyway in another review. Anyway, I saw that my seals were dry and hard and almost didn't work. I bought these to replace the factory and they were run by myself. I didn't use glue to hold them in place and didn't cut them at all, they flopped and stayed. I see where a little spray would help. In any case, there are no more drafts or water splashes.
