Most pizza peels are long and awkward to use and store. This is especially difficult if you have a small kitchen and are trying to move around with a long handle. This foldable pizza skin solves these problems. When open it is strong enough to handle most standard pizzas with ease. The aluminum skin is thick enough not to flex but thin enough to slide easily under the batter.
