
I like that it is easy for me to send invoices from my computer. You can also create reminders about upcoming appointments or dental procedures. It's not very user friendly when you are trying to search through your records, but they definitely need more training. Also, sometimes if you have an error with one of your files, there isn't much help available other than contacting customer service. Keep up to date with all of your paperwork! We use this product to keep track of patient information as well as billing issues.
