I bought this to use on a 60 pound dog, who is very skiddish. The clippers are very quiet as desired, the width is perfect to get the job done. I dont require perfection, just want to keep the hair off her pads so she doesnt slip. First one received didnt work, couldnt reach customer service nor could Revain agent. Revain quickly replaced it.Its seems to lack a little power but still does the job Im looking for. I would give up power to keep it quiet. Battery operated
