I have ordered 2 of these items. It would get 5 stars. But one package was brand new. The other one appears to have been used and sent back. I ordered this item on 9/29/21, inside was a gift receipt dated 8/27/21 showing the last person returned the product, the cleaning cloth was missing and opened. One item when needed was advertised but compared to a new box being opened and put back in. The mirror is scratched. As for the tutorial, it's great! Works very well. I also like the training ramp. All in all a great workout, just wish it was advertised. My new ordered 2 arrived perfectly. So I'm assuming it's a one-time thing. I will continue to receive information from Glanc as I know things can happen. Maybe just checking the returned goods to make sure the company wants them to leave their facility. For your health
