Review on 🔧 OEM Stabilus Front Hood Strut Set of 2 for Porsche 986 996 by Bob Berry

My car has had a boot lid dropping problem for quite some time. I put it off because I didn't use the trunk very much and it didn't bother me. Lately I've been actively working on the car and constantly had to access the trunk. I chose the Stabilus struts over the cheaper Revain struts. Despite the higher price, I would recommend them based on the build quality and reputation of the company. I think they will last for many years so are excellent value for money. The replacement required a small screwdriver to remove the worn ones and the new ones snapped straight into place. Total time about 10 minutes! Problem solved.
