Very poor design for installing the battery and equally poor instructions for doing so. Tried several times without success until I was able to pry it open with a screwdriver. I took a close look to see how it would fit together and secured the battery compartment. The plastic broke on the second attempt to open the battery compartment. Absolutely disgusting and do not recommend selling this device as it will only annoy customers. Now I have a product dilemma that I solved, but I am convinced that the design is very bad! I cannot recommend anyone to buy this product. As a customer who uses Revain a lot, I have never written a product review before.
