I bought this to replace the lost one. I use my player all the time when I ride my bike, do housework, go to bed. The only downside is that creating playlists is quite difficult. I haven't found a way to create a playlist on a computer and transfer it to the player, so I need to create a playlist on the player. It's also extremely durable (I can't tell you how many times I've dropped it on cement and hardwood floors) and it just keeps going. I often use it for audio books. When using Audible books, playback always picks up where you left off. For other audiobooks (and music), it will return to where you left off IF you stop playback before turning off the player. When you go to the music, try to get back to your non-audible book, you need to remember what part and count you stopped at. Now that I'm used to it, it's not a problem at all. The clip is comfortable and has amazing battery life. When the battery is empty, it recharges quickly. I use two of these players with the same content, so I can easily switch to the other player when my battery dies. When I lost one of my players on the bike path, I had to replace him immediately. This is a great little player at a reasonable price.
