Review on 🌡️ ECO Thermostat Assembly Replacement for Atwood 91447: Water Heater Repair Part for RV & Motor Home Emergency Cutoff Kit by Michael Boyd

My thermostat was faulty and needed to be replaced. IVF was still fine. I ordered this kit and when I installed it I found that the new thermostat had the wrong contact sizes. They should usually be smaller than the ECO to make sure you don't place them in the wrong place. The thermostat and ECO look exactly the same except for 60 on the back of the thermostat and 82 on the ECO. Also, the size of the pen should be different, while the ECO should be larger. The connections to the heating wires are again of different sizes to avoid confusion. I had to bend the connector pins to fit the large studs on the thermostat. Not the best solution, but I managed it. In addition, the image of this kit shows two different types of overlays. One is offset and the other in a straight line. My kit was more typical of a straight line, which luckily suited my setup.
