Review on Norbella by Brett Jarvis

The team is really good at what they do! They are very responsive when it comes time for us as clients or partners with them during projects/account management - which makes sense because we're both working towards similar goals (and sometimes those can be difficult).

Sometimes their internal processes seem overly complicated but that's probably just my own inexperience haha :) I wish there was more transparency between our accounts teams so everyone could see how things go from start to finish within each account partner relationship. It would make collaboration much easier than having different people handling separate aspects such as creative development vs execution etc.. We've been able solve some advertising challenges using this service since most other agencies weren't willing / capable enough due to lack resources & expertise (they had neither) nor budget ($$$$s!).
