I like that they are able to help with any questions or concerns we have along our journey of building an amazing website! They do not hesitate when it comes time for us as clients, but also make sure their team is well trained so there isn't confusion within those who work directly under them at times (we've had some issues). We love working with this particular agency because everything has been seamless from start-to finish - no stress involved anywhere during project management/customer service etc., just pure professionalism all around!! The only thing i dislike about balance internet would be if you need someone new hired quickly then maybe try another firm first before hiring here? Just give both firms equal consideration though since each one will provide different services depending upon your needs / wants. 1) Great customer support; 2.)
