This product was great and I used it quite a bit. Bought it at the end of Feb 2020. Easy to install and worked well until the other day the when the plastic knob on the diverter valve broke and left the shower in the hose mode. I took it of and no I beyond the return date window. Argh. I'll have to find a third party diverter valve.UPDATE. I give this company credit. They saw my review and wrote directly to me and sent a replacement valve via DHL very quickly. I have replaced it. I will see how the new valve handle works and if it lasts I will revise and add more stars. I do appreciate the customer response. Very rare these days. I added more stars for customer service for sure.
