I have been using shreddded memory foam pillows for a while. I find them the most comfortable, and this one is shaped in such a way that makes it the most comfortable yet! It has been perfect since night one. I let it plump out and put it in the dryer on low for a few minutes. You'll want to do this every 6 months or so. I didn't need the extra foam right now, but may later. For me, it is the perfect height and cushiness. I start on my back and it's good that way, but I always flip to my side and then it's really perfect as you can shape and give support right around your neck or shoulder where you want it. Just a slight but important shift to make it extra cozy. Have been sleeping better!
