This umbrella was bought over the top rated Repel umbrella because it had a wind flap so I expected it to keep out both the wind and the rain. But that's not the case. Rain in Providence, Rhode Island, and a normal gust of wind, nothing out of the ordinary, flipped it over and ripped a rib from its mount, leaving it sticking out of the vent as shown. On the plus side, the gentleman from customer service shrugged that I had to send the broken unit back as normal Revain policy and sent me a replacement with one shipping day.
