Like most babies, our 20-month-old is not a big fan of vegetables. I have to hide them very well so she can eat them. Morning smoothies were the best β I tucked away spinach, kale, carrots, tomatoes, cauliflower, and corn β and she had no problem drinking them with a smile on her face. BUT - I still felt like it wasn't enough as she rarely eats other veggies and doesn't eat smoothies every day. That's why I started looking for vitamins - for my peace of mind. It took a while to find something her age. These also say for 2-3 years. But after reading other reviews about their younger toddlers taking them I decided to give it a try. When the bottle arrived I tried one out myself to make sure they were easy to chew and nice and soft. I gave one to my daughter and she chewed it with no problem - and she loved the taste too! Now she knows where we keep them in the kitchen and every day she goes to the closet and says "VI-MIN!" We give her one in the morning and one in the evening - increasing it to 3 a day when she's two years old old is.
