Great experience using Deskera CRM and Customer Service Tool

The ability to make changes in real time, it's very practical for any type of business that is online or offline as well! It has been good so far but I think there are some things they could improve like maybe more options when you need them most (when your clients ask questions) because sometimes we have problems with their website not loading properly which causes us delays at times. So this tool helps solve all those issues by allowing our team members access from anywhere without having an internet connection available - perfect!! We're solving many different types of customer service related concerns such as how can customers reach out if something goes wrong? How do people find my contact information quickly & easily since everything seems scattered around now days?? This software solves these kinds of challenges while also providing great benefits too!
