Great experience using Deskera CRM and Customer Service Tool

The ability to make changes in real time, it's very practical for any type of business that is online or offline as well! It has been good so far but I think there are some things they could improve like maybe more options when you need them most (when your clients ask questions) because sometimes we have problems with their website not loading properly which causes us delays at times.
