works fine. I bought it with my "Leef iAccess" to relieve my iPhone and iPad. I went to Apple and BestBuy and couldn't find anything that would allow me to transfer my photos from my phone to an SD card on the go [without a computer]. Leef IAccess only has a micro SD slot and I found this SD to micro SD adapter useful. And it works!. Looks like it shouldn't be roughened up. It can break easily, so I don't let kids near it. But I'm responsible for myself and it hasn't broken yet.
