NOT suitable for NZXT Phantom housing. In this case NZXT is using some stupid custom size for 200mm fans and they don't make those fans anymore. So if you're trying to add 200mm fans to a Phantom case then you're pretty much SOL. I guess it's my fault for not reading the reviews and assuming that when NZXT says "this is where a 200mm fan goes" they mean that a 200mm fan can fit in there , especially if it's from NZXT. Fan rating doesn't, and as a fan it works very well. With some effort, I managed to slide one of the fans into the empty space for the top 200mm fan. Only one of the screw holes matched, but that's pretty much all you need as it's mainly held in place by being too big for the space it occupies. As for the 200mm side door fan, I was able to customize it by soldering additional holes next to the existing mounting holes. Note, however, that if you're using a large CPU cooler (like the be quiet! dark rock pro 3), there won't be enough room for that fan anyway, so save yourself the hassle. So if you really want those fans to get into The Phantom, you can, but don't expect it to be easy.
