Review on 🔨 Enhanced Woodworking Clamping Cabinets by Duratec – Improved Positioning for Optimal Results by Marcus Merritt

I gave them a bad rating in my previous review but would like to change it this way: I wanted to upgrade my original rating for them to 5 stars. Their customer service really tried to solve the problem by sending me 8 new squares for free (compared to the 4 I originally bought and promptly returned) hoping that I would change my mind about their product . Well I received the new positioning squares today and was skeptical as to their quality but they were all square both inside and out and on the short side of the legs. Must have had a bad batch initially but am very happy with them, they are also rigid and don't flex when loaded in place, quite well. Your customer service is incredible. I wish other companies would take customer satisfaction so seriously. I can only say thank you and will now recommend you.
