I like that they are very thorough in their assessments of our network and its vulnerabilities. They have been able to identify and mitigate all known threats. They also have good customer service. The only downside is that there isn't a lot of communication from them when problems arise. Do your research before deciding which vendor you want to use. If you're looking for an expert who will be there to help you no matter what comes up, look into NTT. We've had several years with them now and they always come through. We have been able to protect many of our systems by having them scan and test them weekly.
