I have had chronic tendonapathy in several joints (shoulder, knees, etc) and have experienced significant pain reduction with Joint Clinic. It was several weeks before I noticed a difference, but I’m glad I tried this. I will probably continue with 2 pills/2x a day after the initial program and hope that works for maintenance. I’m also following Scott’s "Built from Broken” weight program to address the root causes of my pain, which have generally been caused by overuse, not injury.
