How to replace the sponge head And how to dispense soap
I was struggling to remove the old sponge head to replace with a new one. After playing around with it a bit I finally figured out that I had to rotate the head of the sponge including the plastic base in order to remove it and replace it with a new one. Easy when you know how! :) Several reviews mention difficulties donating soap. I put a bent paperclip into the opening of the dispenser and heard a slight pop and now the soap spreads really well.
