That does not work. suitable for computers and accessories

I only had time to test one of the two fans, but the first one doesn't work. I had to make sure my fan settings were on and they are actually on. They initially had a bit of movement but after about a week they stopped spinning fully but definitely not close to speed for cooling anything, I could barely feel the fan blowing. I will update the review when the 2nd fan works as expected.
