love the latched outside holder
The pill pockets are deep and hold a lot of pills. The outside holds them together even when traveling and having them in my carry-on! The only thing is the outside casing latches are a bit hard to undo for someone with osteoarthritis; not that I would return them, I love the organizer!

- The box is not durable and could break easily when dropped
