Review on Converter Breakout Connector Terminal Communication by Daryl Barton
Does what it claims to do.
This device ideally converts a 3V TTL serial port to a 5V RS232 serial port. I connected an ESP D1 Mini board to it and it works fine. I just wish they had it all in one device that included an onboard ESP-07 with pinouts for all GPIOS and a serial number for firmware and an antenna connector. It would make an amazing WIFI series bride.
