Very customizable, durable, allow some time for assembly

Aside from the wheels and locking mechanisms, the instructions are pretty useless and boring. I will say that the base is extremely customizable. You have to use your imagination in a way. I had one side of the 19" base, so I nested the shorter 12" section inside the 18, keeping the two sides of the rectangle more rigid and keeping the "spare parts" with the base. Suggested tools are an adjustable wrench and tape measure. I would have put this together for hours if I hadn't had a basic set of sockets, a 10mm wrench and an impact wrench. In the end I am very happy with the result. What I would change are the little rubber feet; The threaded shank could be about 1/2 inch longer. Would buy it again for other rectangular base tools. Being able to keep a small workspace clean is great. You can roll your tools (a bandsaw in my case) to the edge of the garage before blowing off the sawdust to keep it out of your workbench and into your lungs.
