I was very disappointed with this door handle. At first when I went to install it there was a minimum of instructions. I had to figure out most of the installation process through trial and error. Second and most importantly, the holes in the outside handle (used to attach the handle to the studs) were too small for the included studs. I had to drill holes in the outside handle to secure both handles. My guess is that I didn't drill a hole deep enough because I ripped off the head of the screw during installation and couldn't tighten the screw enough. I do not recommend anyone to purchase this product until the manufacturer fixes the discrepancy between the screws and the holes that the screws go in to attach the handle to the door.
