I love that it allows me to have my own team of people who can help with referrals or scheduling appointments in an easy way! It takes time but there are many things you learn along your journey too which helps when implementing this system into other areas within our organization as well!! We were able use their platform before we switched over fully however they did not offer any support if something went wrong during implementation so be prepared.

They do provide training sessions once implemented though-so make sure someone knowledgeable will train those using new technology first otherwise issues may arise down stream from lackadaisical users/trainers (which could mean loss). Ease of access via computer vs paper work; ability to check off boxes without having everyone present at one point allowing them quick accessibility throughout day & night shifts etc.; ease checking up patients status by simply clicking what needs done next instead writing out lengthy forms all together - saves both staff member's valuable minutes.
