I have two small dogs and I bought two of them to use together. They love being outside and I can easily move this pen around so I can mow and just give them a new spot to sniff and urinate. You're happy, so I'm happy. It's well built and snaps together easily, allowing me to change the shape at will. I think a big dog could easily jump over the fence, but for my little ones that's the perfect height. The gates are good but I didn't have to use them, I just lean in and take the pups. I'm glad I bought them, it's a lot nicer than having my puppies on a leash or on a leash. They love to explore and play outside and this allows me not to worry that they might get hurt or run over.
