Review on Echobot by Robert Prix
Easy way of keeping track and monitoring competition
I like that it allows me to be able to see what my competitors products/services have been doing recently without having to go into each individual website myself.
It's easy enough to use but not too simple either which makes sense because you don't want people who aren't interested or new at using software being confused by how complicated things can get! There isn't anything i dislike about this system really except maybe sometimes when there has been some issues with connecting to our cloud hosting service (which we're moving away form anyway) so if they ever fix those problems then everything will work great again. We've used other platforms before where you could only access your competitor data once every few weeks - whereas now this platform updates daily meaning its more up to date very quickly.
